Description: What an incredible vintage find!!!!! This is an authentic 1920’s FLAPPER Cloche. It is not branded. Is it handmade? I really don’t know. It is so unusual! It is made of horsehair so it has lots of body. It is decorated with soutache circles and gorgeous shiny silk or satin ribbon trim. It has kind of a ruffle made of horsehair that adorns the sides and back of the hat. The inside band measures 22”. There is some staining, probably sweat or make up, on the inside band.
