Description: Here we have an antique "Mason's Patent Nov 30th 1858. (dot)" quart size fruit canning jar with a Ball zinc lid...the aqua blue glass jar is in very good condition for it's age with some scuffs & light scratches...the glass is lightly whittled with lots of air bubbles throughout and has very nice, strong embossing...there are some small chips & flea bites along the smooth top rim...the cap fits well and the jar displays extremely nice...the bottom is embossed "1" inside a circle...it measures 7" tall with the cap...very clean...
