Description: Rare antique / vintage wooden belt pulley. These can be found in old grain elevators, grist mills, seed stores, and occasionally on farms that grind their own grains. Very cool if you get the opportunity to go inside a running, restored grain elevator or mill notice these pulleys are all being turned by rubber belts. This belt pulley is 10" in diameter and 6 " in thickness. It has the number 703 molded on the cast iron center of the pulley. This one came out of an old Michigan farm that used to mill their own grains. A neat piece of early farm memorabilia. They make great book ends, door stops, and fabulous bases for black pipe lamps. Don't miss your chance on this one.
