Description: Authentic sterling silver artisan made mother of pearl shell bracelet. This vintage smaller bracelet features a lovely elongated oval inlay panel of mother of pearl shell. The shell is a very pretty lustrous white with delicate creamy pink overtones. The shell measures just over one inch in length by just over one-quarter inch in width. The oval shape bracelet measures just under two inches from top to bottom by two and 3/8 inches from side to side. The shell panel joins the bracelet at the top and opens and closes to accommodate the wrist. The wrist opening measures one and 3/8 inches while the bracelet (including the opening) measures close to six inches. Stamped on the underside of the panel are the letters "CIJ", for the designer and maker and "925", indicating sterling silver in fineness. The bracelet has a warm darkened patina that could be left intact or polished bright. I will let you decide. The bracelet has not been cleaned or polished. Shows some age-appropriate wear but overall, nice estate condition. Weighs 7.6 grams. This fun and super cute mother of pearl bracelet would make a wonderful gift or self-purchase.
