It's being sold for spares or repairs as it doesn't run through winding, it shows signs of wanting to run but doesn't, though will run with a flick of the balance. Looks to be complete. It has been out of a case for an unknown number of years so will need a service, maybe more. Please review the images as they form part of the description. Item will be sent wrapped in cardboard but loose in a padded envelope to reduce postage costs.
