Description: For Sale: US Army Tank W-338168 Battery Operated Toy - PARTIALLY FAULTY Vintage plastic toy. Operates on 2 C batteries (not included). Turn it on and it alternates spinning the wheels, and spinning the turret around while making noise and flashing light. The wheel movement appears faulty: the tank doesn't roll around at all, but instead just bumps forward a bit. The wheels spin in a continuous circle which I don't think it should do.
