Description: Vintage BIA Cordon Bleu "The Frieda Collection" Quiche Pan. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This is a beautiful, well loved, quiche pan. It measures 10” across and approximately 1.5” high. When I used it to make a pie I followed the 9” deep dish recipe. A quiche pan has straight sides as opposed to a pie pan which sides slope inward- this means you need more pie filling! The sides of the pan are decorated with 4 flowers. There is a small black mark on the rim of the plate and inside there is a tiny knick that is 2 mms and one above it that is 1 mm. If I didn’t mention it you probably wouldn’t notice it. Please see photos. You will love baking and cooking in this pan.
