Description: Has some water spotting and light rust in a few areas as expected from a steel item of this vintage ( see photos). It stands 6 1/2 inches tall by 5 1/4 inches in diameter. Not sure how to actually use this as if I remember from Home Ec over 40 years ago you sifted then measured the flour, not measuring and then sifting as it looks from this sifter. Made in USA with a 5 cup capacity.
