Description: This is a vintage wristwatch dating to 1971. This is handsome, clean, and in excellent condition. This has been professionally cleaned and checked. The watch runs well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The day and date advance properly and the date can be quick set by pushing the crown. The case is gold plated with a stainless steel back and it is about 39mm wide not including the crown. It is about 37mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Swiss made Caravelle automatic and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new, good quality Hadley Roma Genuine Calfskin leather strap. The total length of the watch is about 9 inches. This uses a 20mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches.
