Description: Vintage Bill Wall Leather Wallet Chain and Ring. The chain is dated 1998 and the carabiner is marked "#1 of A KIND". The links are crosses and the toggle has a ruby red stone which was not tested. The chain comes with a sterling wallet ring (with a brass screw) which is used to attach the chain to a wallet (the wallet has to have a grommet). The chain is 16"long and the ring adds another 1 1/4" (without the screw). The chain and wallet ring have a combined weight of 138.9 grams. Separately the chain weighs 125.8 grams and the ring weighs 13.2grams. These custom chains retail for more than $4K and the ring alone retails for $300. The condition is definitely vintage. The silver has been lovingly used and will show surface scratches. Additionally, the BWL medaliion that is directly under the carabiner is dented (see pictures - the dent is on the side that has "BWL 98" - it adds character to a 24-year old California Biker's chain).
