Description: This sale is for a vintage Cairns & Bro white leather firefighter helmet shield that's been attached to an oak panel. The shield is marked "DR. GEORGE CDF" and features a metal tag in the center. Around the outer edge of the panel there are 6 metal tags that came from a salvaged fire engine. The shield has been wired through holes to attach it to the oak panel. This panel measures 12 inches in width, 7 1/2 inches in height and about 3/4 inch in thickness.
