Vintage California Pottery Rooster Wall Pocket Pair w/ Green Rhinestone Eyes

Description: This is a wonderful pair of vintage California Pottery Rooster Wall Pockets in great condition. One Rooster has two small mostly surface nicks, one on the back of the tail and the other on the back of the comb. Both can only be seen when looking at the back of the piece. There is some very light spotty crazing and some small original glaze flaws on both pieces. The insides of both wall pockets are dingy from past use, but I've not tried to clean them yet. The way that they're made makes so they have to be hung on the wall, as they won't stand on their own. Both have green rhinestone eyes and are glazed Burgundy, yellow, green and black, giving them a majolica look. Each measures approx:7 1/8" wide, 8 1/8" tall and I find no mark or the mark is too faint to see. I found they were made in California after doing some research.
