Description: Vintage 1963 souvenir photograph from CARILLON HOTELMiami Beach, Florida The Carillon was one of the premier hotels on Collins Avenuein Miami Beach during the early 1960s, and wasfamous for lavish nightlife productions and stage showsin Club Carillon, and cocktails in the Tambourine Room. This is a souvenir photograph of a cabaret show, withattendees' photograph inside, signed:"To my friend Tony, the greatest champ of all.Ed Williams, August 18, 1963. In the photograph, there are programs for a performanceby cabaret singer RUTH WALLIS, who was known for her off-Broadway show"Boobs! The Musical" I'm not sure if either Wallis or Williams are in the photograph. Printed on a single piece of card stock folded, with the cabaret performers on the front,and the souvenir photo inside. It measures 21" x 9" when opened.The inside photo is 8" x 10" In very good condition overall.There is one small tear at the bottom of the fold,light surface wear, and a stain on the inside cover. ___________ Please review all of the photos and feel free to ask questions.
