Description: This listing is for Cherries charm Vintage Japan 1950's celluloid hand painted 16mm. There is whimsical detail in these delicate pearly unique hand painted pieces from so long ago. They are unused and in perfect condition. There are limited numbers available. These beautifully made pieces are flat backs, so they can easily be glued to posts or any project or holes can easily be drilled for hanging. PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BUYING: As vintage pieces these may have variations in: *flatness- some pieces may curve where the stem is rather than being perfectly flat. They can be flattened by dipping in warm or hot water, not too hot though, then pressing to flatten. *shape- (more than one mold was used for the same item) *color -(dyed items vary) hand painted colors were hand mixed by many different people who were making the pieces *hand painting- different painters applied color differently *there are variations between left and right pieces since one person painted all of the left sides and another painted the right sides. I wish they hadn't done it that way and I understand that they had to because they were sold in separate packages of a bunch of lefts and a bunch of rights. *there are limited quantities available. These beautifully made pieces can easily be glued to posts or holes can easily be drill for hanging. These are special very excellent quality examples of what they used to do so well.
