SHIPPING: Shipping cut off time is Noon Central Standard Time (CST). ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOON CST WILL TYPICALLY BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. We consistently ship items within 1-2 business days, but it is possible that it may take up to 3 business days if we have a major sale running. We do not ship internationally unless ebay covers the entire cost through the International Shipping Program OR if buyer pays expenses on their end OR if shipping options are negotiated before purchase. WE DO NOT PAY FOR OR COVER ANY IMPORT CHARGES. For the right price an item's shipping may be further negotiated if buyer and seller can come to an agreement. Failure to reach out or comply with these terms before purchase may result in order cancellation. Expedited shipping must be discussed between the buyer and seller before purchase/payment. Direct and/or indirect demands to ship orders in shipping notes will result in a complete cancellation/refund of the order. Examples of this are statements like "I need this by tomorrow. Pls overnight", OR "Please make sure this arrives by (Insert date here)", "PLEASE EXPEDITE, k thanks", etc. If you have concerns about an item arriving within a certain time-frame, then please message us before you make a purchase, and we can give a more realistic estimate as to when you could probably expect to receive it. Any items listed with FREE SHIPPING are subject to our picking and choosing of the shipping service/method unless otherwise paid for and/or discussed with the customer BEFORE THE ORDER IS PLACED. Generally, items are shipped via the method provided in the listing, but shipping costs change day to day and we will not issue refunds for items that are being shipped free of charge. This means that when our listing has free shipping, we have the complete freedom to determine whether it ships via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We will not use DHL to ship items. Overnight shipping requests: From time to time, we receive requests for certain items to be shipped overnight. Depending on the size of the item this can very easily cost $100 - $200 if not more. In order to save time, please message us with your ZIP code and requested time frame and we can get a quote and let you know a timeline. Currently, our local post office is shipping the day after packages are picked up/dropped off so please keep that in mind. Books will be shipped via media mail. We do not ship books with any other services unless otherwise discussed before purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that fail to comply with the terms we have provided here. OFFERS: We have the option for customers to send offers available on many of our listings. In addition to this, you are welcome to message us on listings that may not have offers enabled. We do try to offer competitive pricing with our listings and frequently accept offers. Offers that are unreasonably low (ie. $10 for a $200 item) will be ignored/declined. RETURNS: Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis as we seek to address each situation as best as possible should something happen.
