Tag says size 4 but vintage clothes run smaller in size, so use my measurements. Tags say 100% cotton. Measurements: I lay flat to measure.Vest- Armpit to armpit 11-3/4", Shoulder to hem 11-1/2". Slacks- Waist 10", Length 20-3/4" with a 12-1/2" inseam. Please use the size measurements and ask any questions before buying. Returning items because they "didn't fit" will get expensive with buyer paying the shipping. Please NOTE: All of the Vintage Children's Clothing has been in my personal collection for over 25-30 years now. I will be downsizing the collection. I tried to collect the best!!
