A single piece of tropical hardwood has been hand carved into a four clawed dragon with clouds surrounding it. The dragon's mouth is open with teeth showing. One eye is glass eye; the other is missing. There are no marks or labels. MEASUREMENTS 14 in (35.6 cm) long x 2 ½ in (6.4 cm) wide x 4 in (10/2 cm) tall. Weighs 1 lb 6.3 oz (635 g) CONDITION There is a split in the wood on the very back and also in the tail section (see photo) but otherwise there are no breaks, chips, cracks, or repairs. There is wear on the tail. There is one missing glass eye and a missing row of teeth on one side of the roof of the dragon’s mouth. A classic Chinese dragon that is flying in the clouds.
