Description: For your consideration, a vintage Coach 9170 classic shoulder bag in black with a hard to find narrow double sided leather shoulder strap, circa late 1970s to early 80s. Made in NYC, overall good vintage condition with mild age related wear: scuffing, scratching, and some looseness in the piping / leather by the top of the bag where the strap attaches to the body. Relatively clean interior, no weird smells (and I have dunked it). The bag comes with Coach’s narrow double sided leather strap (no piping or exposed suede), an optional feature offered with the 9170 as well as the United Airlines stewardess bag. Measures 10 inches in width, 8 inches in height, 4 inches in profile depth, and has an adjustable shoulder strap with a +-15 inch drop.
