It has some light oxidation throughout the top and bottom edges and the cap. It has a scratch down the front. It has a strip of missing color down the front top of the cone top. It has some light oxidation along the edges and seam. The VINYL HARDTOP CLEANER AND CONDITIONER plastic 16oz bottle is in overall good condition. It's empty and is missing the original brush that came attached to the bottle.
