Description: For sale is this vintage Collins carpenter's hatchet, weighing 1lb.9.3 ounces overall, with handle. Signed "Collins Red Seal", the head measures 6" long, with a 3-7/16" wide edge, and a 1-3/16" wide X 1-1/4" tall octagonal face. The steel is in very good overall condition, as pictured. The 13-1/8" long wood handle is solid to the head, with a crack at the base, as shown in the first two{2} pictures. Please view all of the pictures to determine condition for yourself.
