The skirt is VERY light and soft, and has a cotton lining. The waist is elastic with a drawstring, and the length hits about mid-calf. Marked "one size", this fits a range of sizes from small to large, possibly extra large. On a size small, its probably more of a low-rise skirt, sitting on the hip bones, unless you really cinch the drawstring (which could make the waist look bulky). It fits a size medium easily, and stretches to accomodate a large comfortably. Model wears a size medium bottoms.
