The poster has an area where it appears to have been re-stapled to the upper pole and it looks like it could stand to be redone properly in a few areas as some of them look crooked or loose there is some minor water staining visible on the backside toward the bottom of the poster. The rolling up function is a typical old style and takes just the perfect tugging to get it to reel in (lots of trial and error and minor frustration) but it does retract in. includes the bracket that the reel sits in as shown, the bracket is solid and does add some weight to the item. image area is approximately 38" wide by 60" high There is obvious wear but even still it is a rare piece that will start a conversation in your home or office.
