New, Old Stock, Factory Sealed. Needle is also rust free, which is nice knowing it's vintage. Ruler not included. Please see pics carefully as they are part of the description. Will be mailed in protective cardboard packaging to keep the frame safe, which is why shipping is a bit higher.
