It is previously owned but is in great condition - no chips, no cracks and no crazing. It does have a ring on the inside about 2/3s the way down. It has been cleaned and scrubbed and doesn't come off so it could be a manufacturing mark. It has been kept in a smoke-free, pet-free and vape-free environment.I combine shipping on multiple items.
