Description: Late 1800's-early 1900's Doctors bag from my estimate but I am no expert and this bag does not come with provenance. Embossed on the bottom "Genuine Top Grain Leather". Original owners Monogram shown by handle appears to be W O S but could possibly be W D S. Zipper is manufactured by the company Talon and I could not find another example of this zipper/clasp with locking mechanism. Zipper works and clasp works but no key included. This bag is of high quality and has survived a century in my estimate and was built of quality materials and believe someone of wealth owned this bag whether it was a Doctor or possibly a Lawyer.
