Description: Adorable Dollhouse Miniature Wood Puppet Theater. 1:12 scale. (Please note: The theater is not "crooked" or leaning; my photography skills are crooked.) The theater sits on an unpainted base that is approximately 3" x 1.25". The theater is 3.5" tall on the sides and back and 4.5" tall at the top of the front. The opening for the puppets is approximately 1.5" x 1.5". There is a small green painted shelf at the bottom of the puppet opening and the top is open. The graphics are outstanding, with "Toy Theatre" spelled out in the front, above children's toys. Victorian "ladies" are on each side. The theater is artist signed "SC/97" on the bottom. The only issue is some scratches in the deep green paint on the back (see last photo), and they are not as obvious as they appear in my photos. A lovely addition to the playroom or child's bedroom in your dollhouse. We did it - we downsized! I still have a few items in a variety of categories left from the move so please check my listings for more "treasures" from our home that sadly we no longer have room to keep. ******************** Authenticity is guaranteed and this item comes from a pet and smoke free home.
