Description: vintage 2003 Eli Lilly pharmaceutical rep promo includes a 5 x 4 " sticky note pad and heavy metal grip, click pen. The pad bears the trademarked four colored ring around the Rosie figures along with the Stratera logo. The pen is a very heavy metal, click grip clip, pen and silver and blue. It also bears the street trademark. The pad does not appear to have any sheets torn off of it, but I am unsure of this. Pen works and is black ink. These items have been banned from being distributed to physicians for many years, making it a collectible piece of medical memorabilia .
