vintage EURO 80s CAFE RACER Vetter Windjammer leather Motorcycle Jacket 48*

Description: with this one i think i'm going to start by telling you why NOT to buy it... the Vetter WINDJAMMER: minuses:-its waaay over priced. (i don't actually want to sell it but my sweetheart is like, "you have so many stupid jackets... ")-there are a dozen or so of these Rex Marsee designed jobbers on ebay that are cheaper and look to be more solidly built.. (the ones with ribbed upper fronts and backs have belts, vents, shoulder and elbow padding, and thicker looking leather)-red white and blue. these colors don't run, son!-no armor or padding (but double layers of leather in the right spots)-no zipper to attach to pants.-this jacket is all show and no go. i would NOT wear this for anything resembling protection.. this is strictly a Starbucks, putzin' around town, or going on a gentleman's ride sort of deal. pluses:-the safer, sturdier, similarly styled Vetter jackets are also a LOT uglier. sorry but its true.-red white and blue. these colors don't run, son!-4 pockets. 2 at waist (velcro enclosure- lame!!), one internal, and one on the arm for your cigs!! (soft pack or squares only please)-its cool looking, spotlessly clean and no body smells. may be some MICRO scuffs on back shoulders? -all zippers work perfectly.-the arms are noticably long. but on a bike, in the position, its fantastic. *sizing:label says its a 48. i'm 5'11", 165lbs and kind of skinny. i generally wear a 42, or 44 with layers. i can wear this with a tshirt and its roomy but basically acceptable or with layers and a hoodie and its still roomy, but fits. i also think it would fit a much bigger man than i. btw. i don't smoke so it won't smell like ciggys..holler with any questions,doug
