Description: Preowned vintage black leather motorcycle jacket by Excelled Made in U.S.A. Three zippered pockets and one snap-closure pocket Lightweight quilted lining Epaulets Collar can stand up or be folded down. Zippers on the sleeves will loosen or tighten the fit for your forearms and wrists. The attached belt can cinch the waist as much as 2 inches. The size is labeled as 40, but please refer to the photos that show the jacket with a yardstick so you can get detailed measurements. I do have one comment to make about the shoulder measurements: The jacket has a 1.5 inch gusset at the end of each shoulder to allow for freedom of movement, so measuring the shoulder width is a bit tricky since there are actually two seams at the end of each shoulder, and that results in a transitional area between where the shoulder officially ends and where the sleeve officially begins. When I include the 1.5 inch gusset on each side, the shoulder-to-shoulder measurement is 20 inches. When I don't include the gussets, the shoulder-to-shoulder measurement is 17. Please take a close look at the 12th and 13th photos. For the most comfortable fit, the wearer should have shoulders that are a little less than 20 inches so that there is room for the gussets to flex. The overall condition of the jacket is excellent. I see only a few small light-colored scuff marks. They are on the collar (see 22th photo) and on the inner triangular windflap that covers the upper chest (23rd photo) and on the upper back (24th photo).
