Description: Vintage Fall Hobo Scarecrow Man w/Crow 6.5" Tall Ceramic Hand Painted. Dressed in a top hat and flamboyant orange polka dot scar, this Hobo Scarecrow, painted and glazed by the Stettler Family who owned Elaine's House of Ceramics in Sunbury PA. They closed their store in the late 1980s, and these are items from the remaining inventory that have been stored ever since. Please see pictures.
