The faux leather material has worn off a bit in a couple of spots, as pictured, including a patch at the front. There are some minor marks and scratches. The inside lining is in great shape, with no rips or tears. This listing is for a Men's size 40: It measures 20.5" across the chest, between the armpits, with the jacket lying down flat; 25" along the arm, from the shoulder seam to cuff; 30" in length along the back, from the neck seam to the bottom backside hem.
