Description: Vintage "Federal Law Forbids Sale or Reuse of this Bottle” R247 55 4 Decanter. R-247 was the liquor manufacture, the 55 I believe was made in 1955, and the 4 is the Owens Illinois plant #4 in Clarksburg WV. The bottle is 8 1/2” tall, 4” wide, squared at the bottom. The Porcelain Top is 1 1/4” and is cracked and cemented to the bottle, there is also some cement smudges that I was not able to remove.
