Description: For sale is a vintage pair of figural brass locks in the shape of a lion. The lock has a fork of sorts that inserts into the body of the lock. The keys you will see have an "H" shape that fits between the tines of that fork and push the lock slide out to unlock the lock. Very simple but stylish and cool. The condition is used but the wear they have give them character. The body of the large lock measures 2 1/4" from nose to hindquarters minus the tail 1 1/2" from top of the head to the bottom of the feet. The small one measures just over 1 1/4" from nose to hindquarters, and 1" head to foot. The pictures provided are indicative of condition. Please look carefully before bidding as all sales are final.
