The gold tone metal setting has nine soft white faux pearls surrounding the Cameo. The ring is unsigned but in the past, we have had signed rings exactly like this by Florenza. The ring measures to a size 8 and can be made slightly larger and it comes with it's original tag marked genuine cameo.
