These are reproductions of famous 1930's posters that advertised various events: Richmond Royal Show by Underground (C. Burton), Wimbleton Southfields Station Thence by Bus (Henrietta Perry), Chestnut Sunday Bushy Park (C. Burton) and R.A.F. Display Nearest Station Colindale Adjoins Aerodome (C. Burton). Perhaps these posters were displayed in the subway? Overall frame size is about 21.5" x 17.5". There are four openings in a double mat that showcase these 4 images of those handsome posters. I didn't find a date on the postal cards. Please review the photos, as always they are the best description. You can always meet us for local pick-up and we can deliver to some areas.
