The glaze, which is called Dessert Gold – Rutile, is a blend of gold and tannish brown. The glaze is thick, smooth feeling and looks shiny. The colors of the bowls vary a bit, with some having a bit more gold and others showing more brown. Marks on the bases of all the bowls read FRANKOMA and 7XL. MEASUREMENTS Each bowl – 6 ¼” diameter x 3 3/8” tall. Weighs 3 lbs 15.7 oz (1800 g) CONDITION There are no breaks, chips, cracks, or repairs, and the glazes are bright and clean. The clay on the bases shows slight wear. There are some small kiln flaws, such as pin hole reserves, and uneven color. A set of 4 large bowls to fill out your Frankoma Mayan Aztec collection.
