Description: For sale is a French-made 13cm x 18cm field camera with a Berthiot Paris Perigraphe lens that comes with three film holders. This camera looks like a Lorillon Triplex, but there isn't a plaque or other information on the camera that identifies the maker. So it is possible this is a Lorillon knockoff. The camera body is made from a light colored wood, not sure what species it is. The body is in good shape with surface scratches and what looks like adhesive from a sticker that will probably come off with little effort. One of the sliding glides for the front standard is cracked and I have included a photo of that. One notable issue with the camera is that it takes a lot of finesse to get the camera unfold and extend the bellows. The Berthiot lens definitely needs a cleaning. Another issue, possibly a user issue, is that the camera only seems to focus on distant objects, and this is when the bellows ARE NOT extended. It is possible that this lens is not original to the camera, which may have came with other lenses. The bellows are red leather and appear to be in good shape, but I have not checked for pinholes. Included are three antique tambour door style antique film holders that can hold cut film or glass plate negatives. The film holders are quite unique and they all work.
