Made in the early 1900's in Le Puy En Velay, France by the Experton Family. The lace is in perfect condition ( New Old Stock) and never been used, with some dusty storage marks or "tea spot" due to age. Gently hand wash or soaked in soft soap, rinsed and towel dried (no wringing!!) and let to air dry.
