This was specifically made for global travel and has the General Electric Globe on the handle that has a very sophisticated texture to it. Condition: Excellent Pre-Owned Condition Observations: I tested each heat setting on suitable material to make sure it pressed. The nylon rope-covered cord is in like new condition with no fraying or signs of wear. I was unable to test the 210 V as that is not an electricity option in my American home. The collapsible button clicks easily and all knobs and dials move very smoothly. The water container is a part of this listing; however, the upper steam attachment was not in the carry bag so I did not test the steam functionality. I am a realist in that after the packages leave my care, they could be tossed, dropped, and have other packages thrown on them; despite the "fragile" warnings I apply to the outer panels of the boxes.
