Description: Marshall is a city in Lyon County, Minnesota with a population of 13,624 as of 2020. Marshall was platted in 1872 when the railroad was extended to that point. Lake Marshall Township had been established in the area two years earlier, including a post office and several farms. The town grew rapidly and in 1876 it was incorporated as a village and a a city in 1901. In 1910 had a population of 2,152, just a few years before this card which was postmarked 1913. It is a generic pennant card that is in excellent condition with minor wear if any. The image of the Dutch Boy in his Dutch clothes and cloppers is clean and clear. The reverse is also neat and clean.
