Description: Vintage German EGERSDORFER 800 Silver Ornate Cutlery Set in Original Box A beautiful late 19th or early 20th century cutlery set consisting of one spoon and two forks in its beautiful original blue silk lined box from a famous jewelry store in Nurnberg, Bavaria. The spoon measures 7 2/8" long and weighs 39.8 grams, each fork measures 6 3/8" and weighs 24.6 grams for a total of approx. 90 grams. All pieces feature beautiful floral ornaments on the handles and are partially gilt. All are marked with makers and silver marks. Very decorative set that displays amazingly!
