Description: The plating is fantastic on this Gillette classic. At a hefty 71 grams this is a beast of a shaver. There are many wet shavers that put this model in their top five vintage razors. The top cap, guard bars, baseplate, and blade tray are all in great condition. The handle is superb and the knurling is stunning. The TTO knob is a little stiff on the twist to open and the silo doors are a little tight at the top. It twists shut perfectly. A truly efficient razor and it has been cleaned and sanitized.
