Description: Vintage NOMA angel and tinsel tree topper, needs some TLC. I plugged it in and it would not light up. It could be as simple as changing a bulb, I do not know. Some of the clear plastic star shaped things that go around the lights are missing, as is the metal spiral that fits onto the bottom and attaches it to the tree. It does have a hanger at the top where you can attach it to a wall with a nail.
