There are no cracks, chips or other damage. This figurine was well cared-for and carefully displayed. The color is a rich chocolate brown and the soulful eyes perfectly capture the spirit of the dog. In Italy, during the first half of the 20th century, Cacciapuoti was one of the main interpreters of animal subjects. His style combined synthesis, naturalism and precision with a contemplative analysis.
