Description: Nice restored old saw This is a restored old circular saw buffed and hand polished. Lots of wear marks, scratches and imperfections are still visible, it's hard to take pictures of something like this but in person it's unique and looks good. I restore a lot of old tools and like to keep them original and preserve the years of use they've had but make them mechanically perfect. This saw has been fully disassembled, gearbox cleaned and redone with modern grease, this saw runs completely smooth no vibration and highly likely is in better shape now than when it was new This saw had very low hours originally, the motor brushes are still very good length and the gearbox had essentially no wear, this was probably bought and used once or twice then left to sit for years Saw fence is primed with covering treated old corrosion, this coating will wear over time with use but will keep the fence from rusting from humidity in storage. this primer can be painted over easily but I keep my saws like this Fairly powerful saw for its age, I cut about 20 boards with it very easily, thin modern blades help a lot.
