As Knoll say: "Innovative, comfortable and strikingly handsome, Harry Bertoia's side chair's delicate filigree appearance bellies its strength and durability". As Bertoia said: "If you look at these chairs, they are mainly made of air, like sculpture. Space passes right through them." Brilliant.Welded steel with rods of chrome polish paint. In good vintage condition - bought from the original owner. There have ben some proffessional very small weld repairs to the brackets but these are under the seat pads and cannot be seen in situ.
