Description: Vintage Hemingray 12 Clear Glass Insulator Made in USA 1930s 1938. Clear glass insulator made by Hemingray stamped "Hemingray-12 0-4::" on the front and "Made in USA 20" on the back. Insulator is approximately 3.5" tall and 2-3/8" wide. The date code on the front indicates this insulator was manufactured in 1938. This insulator was manufactured by the company from the 1890s-1940s and was mostly used on telephone lines. In good condition with some minor flaws. These insulators are a used vintage item, and as such may be slightly dirty, have rough seam lines, small chips, or internal hairline cracks. Insulator has a chip on the outside of the skirt and shows signs of internal cracking on the glass. Please see photos for details.
