Description: This is a 13 inch square quilted piece called a pandaw was made in 1985. Marked a Folk Art designed by Chang Xiong who was working in Providence, Rhode Island. It has been nicely framed in a wooden frame and comes with a little explanatory booklet. Used but the colors are still bright and there are no rips or damaged fabric. With frame, measures 20 in by 20 in,with glass insert.
