Original clock had calendar day and year in the smaller windows at the bottom. Those are no longer there. It has a removable back panel. The original battery pack has been replaced with a Quartex Battery pack. Runs on 1 AA battery - Not includes. Clock works fine and keeps time well. It has two rails on the bottom.
