Description: Vintage Japanese Traditional Hand Painted Byobu - 4 panel 66" wide x 36" tall. folding silk screen. Beautiful hand painted design. Great for a large space to add a oriental design. Very intricate paint and looks to be signed. The screen folds up easily with 4 sections. Very sturdy and well made as it is easy to fold up and doesn't show and creases or ware from being folded. Lovely wood frame is also sturdy with metal (brass?) accents. The screen and painting is great condition overall. The painting and screen don't have any rips or tears, or any noticeable creasing. There is some light staining, probably from water in a couple small spots. A little yellowing from age. The frame has some accidental paint on it, which could probably be removed if you want. Overall a really great looking piece for it's age and will age very well. Please see all pictures for any details and ask questions.
